太湖湖滨带沉积物磷污染特征研究

摘 要:为了进一步揭示大型水生植物对湖泊湖滨带沉积物磷的生物地球化学影响,探讨芦苇群落对沉积物磷的生态效应,于2010年9月18日、10月17日和12月3日,用柱状采样器分别在太湖宜兴片区湖滨带芦苇区和无草对照区采样。用SMT分离法提取芦苇区和无草对照区沉积物的总磷,再用分光光度法测量浓度。用H2SO4-H2O2消煮和钼酸比色法测定芦苇根、茎组织的总磷含量。结果表明,在芦苇枯萎期(12月) ,芦苇区沉积物的总磷含量最高,在芦苇生长的衰弱期(10月),其总磷含量次之,在芦苇生长的旺盛期(9月),其总磷含量最低,而对照区与芦苇区相反;对照区沉积物总磷平均含量要高于芦苇区。从芦苇各器官及其根系沉积物中磷含量来看,芦苇须根对磷的富集效应大于其根状茎,而芦苇根状茎对磷的富集效应又大于其茎,但都小于芦苇根际沉积物的总磷含量。

Study on Characteristics of Phosphorus Pollution in Sediments of the Taihu Lake Littoral Zone
Abstract: In order to reveal the large aquatic plants’ phosphorus biogeochemistry effect on sediments in littoral zone and explore the phosphorus ecological effects of reed community on the sediments, sampling was implemented by columnar sampler at Yixing on September 18, October 17 and December 3, 2010 and phosphorus in sediments and reeds was measured by Spectrophotometric method. The results demonstrated that content of TP was highest in sediment from the area with reeds at withering phase, followed by weak phase, and growing phase was the lowest. The reverse was true for control area. According to TP content of the reed organ and the sediments of roots, reeds’ fibrous roots have better enrichment effects on phosphorus than rhizomes do and rhizomes have better enrichment effects on phosphorus than sterns do. TP content of all the fibrous roots, rhizomes and sterns is lower than that of sediments of reeds’ roots.
