一种基于OBD系统开发的PC汽车诊断系统(中文4300字,英文2700字)
摘要
本文介绍了汽车故障诊断技术和车载诊断(OBD)系统,并对车载诊断(OBD)系统中广泛使用的几种诊断协议进行了比较分析。针对目前市场上手持故障诊断设备存在的各种问题,提出了一种通用的基于车载诊断(OBD)系统设计的PC汽车故障诊断系统方案。针对几种常用协议中物理层和数据链路层的复杂多样性,设计了通用协议的电平转换电路,并开发了用于协议转换的固化软件。在PC机的基础上,开发了针对车载故障诊断的多功能诊断软件。对各模块在车辆上的性能进行了测试试验,结果表明,该系统通信可靠,诊断结果准确,人机交互性能良好,能够满足车辆维修诊断和新车型开发测试的要求。

Developing PC-Based Automobile Diagnostic System Based on OBD System
Abstract
This paper introduces automobile diagnostic technique and On-Board Diagnosis (OBD) system, compares and analyzes several kinds of diagnostic protocols widely used in On-Board Diagnostics system. As for the problems of hand-hold diagnostic devices used in the current market, a general PC automobile fault diagnostics system based on OBD system design scheme is presented in this paper. In view of the diversity of physical layer and link layer in several widely used protocols, a general protocols electrical level transfer circuit is designed and solidified software for the protocol conversion is developed. Based on PC, multifunctional diagnostic software is also developed. The performance of each module is tested on vehicles, and the results show that the communication of this system is reliable, the diagnostic result is accurate, and the performance in Human-computer interaction is good, able to meet the vehicle maintenance diagnostics and new models development and testing requirements.
