摘  要：本论文是以建设项目风险评估与对策分析为题，是一篇着重对在对建设过程中会遇上的各种各样的情况进行利弊分析与提出解决方案的学术性论文。论文运用定性与定量的双重分析，为了减少或是避免项目风险对工程项目的收益影响，应当正确处理与分析项目风险。从主次关系下手，对项目的风险进行整体的把握，再对项目风险进行一个一个具体分析，采取合理的对策来减少风险或是避免风险，使项目的利益最大化成为可能。本文对岳阳恒大名都项目进行风险识别和对策分析，利用盈亏平衡法，敏感性分析法，概率分析法，来分析项目的预期收益与影响项目收益的变化重要程度的因素，根据风险因素的重要等级，对项目的影响程度来提出解决措施，从而使开发商能获得更多的利润。

Risk assessment and countermeasures of construction investment projects
Abstract: This thesis which based on the construction project risk assessment and countermeasures analysis in the title of academic papers is a focus on the variety of situations encountered in the process of building. The thesis uses the dual analysis of qualitative and quantitative .In order to reduce or avoid project risk on the revenue of the project, we should correctly handle and analyze project risks. Start from the primary and secondary relationship, we should overall the grasp of a specific analysis, project risk. Taking reasonable measures to reduce risk or to avoid risk, and maximizing the benefits of the project. This thesis uses the projiect of Hengdamingdu which in Yueyang to do risk identification and countermeasure analysis. We use breakeven method sensitivity analysis, probabilistic analysis method to analyze the project's expected return and proceeds which affects the project. According to the risk factors level and the degree of impact on the project, we can put forward solutions, so that developers can get more profit.
