1.2.1建筑结构概况
本工程建筑场地长宽约长50m 宽18m，建筑面积约3600 m2，底层层高3.9m，其余层高均为3.6m，室内外高差0.45m。本工程建筑层数为四层，建筑结构安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50年，地基基础设计等级为丙级，框架抗震等级为三级，建筑抗震设防类别为丙类，抗震设防烈度为7度(基本地震加速度为0.10g) ，地震分组为第二组。
1.2.2装饰装修概况
1、墙基防潮:防水砂浆防潮层(墙基防潮)。
2、楼地面:水泥楼地面（厨、卫间）增设防水层。
3、内墙面: 厨、卫间为瓷砖墙面，其余为混合砂浆；面层为二度白水泥腻子。
4、踢脚：水泥踢脚。
5、外墙面:水泥砂浆粉刷层、保温层，面层为白色乳胶漆。
6、屋面:现浇砼轻质粒找坡，防水卷材、保温板、50㎜细石砼，设分隔缝。
7、平顶:水泥砂浆，白水泥腻子二度。
8、油漆:木质基层---亚光清漆---金属基层----调和漆----金属防火涂料.
9、填充墙体：砌筑砂浆等级为M5，后砌砌体选用加气混凝土砌块（外墙选用页岩模数砖）。
10、门窗：分为塑料门窗、防火门、防暴门。
