曲靖兴诚跆拳道培训学校运营模式的研究

曲靖兴诚跆拳道培训学校运营模式的研究(论文8600字)
摘要
跆拳道引入中国二十多年来,在国内体育界中一直占有重要地位。如今的跆拳道已经发展成为社会体育的主要品牌之一。据相关统计,我国参与跆拳道人群已达六百多万。随着越来越多的人喜欢跆拳道,参与跆拳道。为了迎合市场跆拳道的需求,经营性跆拳道相关培训学校层出不穷,推动了跆拳道的蓬勃发展。然而,目前社会上形形色色的跆拳道培训学校在培训内容、师资力量、经营管理、组织模式等方面存在很多问题。本文采用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,选取了曲靖市最具特色和名气的兴诚跆拳道(国际)教育机构为调查对象,通过走访、调查与咨询,对跆拳道经营管理人员、跆拳道教练员、跆拳道消费者等进行一系列调查。对曲靖兴诚跆拳道培训学校的运营现状进行深入的了解分析,发现曲靖兴诚跆拳道培训学校运营过程中存在的问题,提出合理的改善建议。研究表明:兴诚跆拳道培训学校具有地域优势,有明显的地方特色,管理模式多样化,符合现代化跆拳道标准;兴诚跆拳道培训学校发展快速,开展范围有所延伸,但尚未普及到基层乡镇地区;兴诚跆拳道培训学校经营理念滞后,收费管理不善,不能满足消费群体的消费理念;兴诚跆拳道培训学校消费群体不均衡,主要以适龄儿童和青少年为主;兴诚跆拳道培训学校缺乏权威的资格认证系统,跆拳道教练员综合素质有待提高。针对这些问题,本文将从兴诚跆拳道培训学校的运营理念出发,结合培训机构的整体情况,提出切实有效的,能够促进兴诚跆拳道培训学校经营管理发展的建议。

Abstract:Taekwondo is introduced into China for more than 20 years, has been occupies an important position in the domestic sports. Now of taekwondo has become one of the major brands of social sports. According to related statistics, our country tae kwon do participants has amounted to more than six hundred. As more and more people like taekwondo, tae kwon do. To cater to the needs of the market, taekwondo, profit-making taekwondo training schools emerge in endlessly, promoted the vigorous development of taekwondo. However, the current social mixed taekwondo training school in training content, teachers, management, organization pattern, etc, has a lot of problems. This article used the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, logic analysis and other research methods, selection of qujing city's most distinctive and famous xing cheng taekwondo (international) education institutions as investigation object, through visit, investigation and consulting, to tae kwon do management personnel, taekwondo coaches and consumers such as a series of investigation. Running status of the taekwondo training school an in-depth understanding of the analysis, found the taekwondo training school problems existing in the operation process, put forward improving Suggestions. Research shows that: xing-cheng taekwondo training school has geographical advantage, has obvious local characteristics, the management mode of diversification, accord with standard of modern tae kwon do; Xing-cheng taekwondo training school development quickly, to carry out the range extends, but has not yet spread to rural areas at the grass-roots level; Xing-cheng taekwondo training school management idea lag, charge management, cannot satisfy consumer groups consumption concept; Uneven xing-cheng taekwondo training school consumer groups, mainly composed of school-age children and adolescents; Xing-cheng taekwondo training schools lack of authority certification system, taekwondo coaches the overall quality to be improved. To solve these problems, this article will start from the business philosophy of xing-cheng taekwondo training school, combined with the whole situation of training institutions, put forward concrete and effective, and can promote the development of xing-cheng taekwondo training school management advice.
