幼小衔接存在的问题及对策研究(论文11000字)
摘    要
幼小衔接是幼儿园与小学两个教育阶段进行过渡的过程,从而幼儿园进入小学是关系到儿童将来成长中的一个重要组成部分。幼小衔接问题是长期以来我们所密切关注却一直没有得到很好解决的难题。做好幼小衔接工作是学前教育的内容,更是小学教育的需要。    
做好幼小衔接工作对孩子一生的学习和生活可以产生良好的影响。否则衔接不当会对幼儿造成生理和心理的不良影响。从整体上看,当前幼小衔接工作中还存在很多弊端。如何做好幼小衔接工作,有待我们正确面对,采取一些有利的措施。针对幼小衔接中存在的问题,小学、幼儿教师、家长、应做好各方面的准备,促使幼儿尽快适应小学生活,顺利完成向小学生角色的转型。幼儿园和小学既有连续性要求又有阶段性要求。教育的途径、方式、手法、内容等都要符合儿童成长的需要。
从幼儿转入小学,对于家长和孩子来说都是一个重要的转变和检验。幼小衔接工作不仅是幼儿园一方的工作,更应是小学、家长、幼儿教师等多方面合作。
本课题就是以幼儿教师、小学及家长为研究对象,从当前我国幼小衔接教育现存在的问题出发, 分析了幼小衔接教育存在的主要问题, 指出幼小衔接教育问题的研究要幼儿园和小学两类教育机构坚持终生的教学的理念, 进行适应儿童发展的以能力衔接为重点的全面而系统的幼小衔接教育。通过对当前幼小衔接教育的现状、内容及存在的问题进行分析与调查,进而尝试提出一定的解决对策。让幼儿有进入小学的兴趣,向往小学的生活。让幼儿初步了解小学的学习活动特点,对学习活动形成求知和好奇的心理。养成良好的学习生活的习惯。建立初步的规则意识和任务意识。建立以幼儿为活动主体,幼儿园、家长、小学相互合作实现幼儿园与小学的无缝对接。促使幼儿和谐发展。希望进行过本课题的研究,能对幼
儿与小学两育阶段平稳过渡有所帮助。

ABSTRACT
   Kindergarten is a smooth transition of kindergarten and primary school two educational stages, to nursery into primary school is related to children are successful in the future development of an important link. Young convergence problem is for a long time we pay close attention to has not been very good to solve the difficult problem. Do a good job in the work of young cohesion is the content of preschool education is primary education.
    Do young convergence work study and life in a child's life can have a positive impact. Otherwise improper link will cause physical and psychological adverse effects in the infant. As a whole, the kindergarten work still exist many drawbacks. How do young convergence work, has to be the right face, take some favorable measures. In view of the problems existing in the kindergarten, primary school, kindergarten teachers, parents should be prepared for all aspects of, to promote the children as soon as possible to adapt to primary school life, successfully completed the transition to the role of primary school students. Kindergarten and primary school both continuity requirements and stage. Education content, methods, means, way Diameter and so on to meet the needs of children's development.
    This topic is the preschool teachers, schools and parents as the research object, from the current our country kindergarten education existing problems of analyzed in kindergarten education problems in main root, pointed out that kindergarten education problem solving needs two kinds of educational institution persist in the idea of life-long education, to child development with the ability to connect to focus on comprehensive and system of kindergarten education. Through the status of the kindergarten education, the content and existing problems of analysis and investigation, and try to put forward some countermeasures. Let children enter primary school interest, longing for the primary school life. Let the children a preliminary understanding of the primary school of Learning activity, to the learning activities of curiosity and thirst for knowledge. To develop good study habits and ability to live. To establish preliminary rules consciousness and the sense of mission. Establish to children as the main activities, kindergartens, primary parent mutual cooperation to realize seamless connection between kindergarten and primary school.
