摘 要
孩子是祖国的未来，承载着中华民族的希望，肩负着国家发展的重担。现在的孩童，在明天就是建设祖国的栋梁之才。为了给国家建设输送优秀的人才，我们需要重视对幼儿的培养，挖掘幼儿的潜力，力求促进其全面发展。在笔者看来，幼儿拥有的所有能力之中，人际交往能力尤为重要。在本文中，笔者分别从两个方面对该能力的培养进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract
the future development of a country cannot do without growing children, in order to better the future national construction, must pay attention to the cultivation of the ability of young children, so that they become an all-round development of the people, at this stage of cultivating children's ability, not only to enrich their knowledge, it is extremely important to cultivate children's communication ability. This paper mainly discusses the training of kindergarten children's communicative competence from two aspects. Teachers should guide children to deal with the relationship between teachers and peers, and enhance their communicative competence in communication with teachers.
