摘  要:文章从分析比较许渊冲与Arthur Waley对“孔雀东南飞”的两个英译版本出发论述译者的主体性,通过挑选出不同的例子来进行例证,提出了译者应更多的去关注译者主体性及影响译者主体性发挥的制约因素。总结出了译者主体性对翻译活动有很大影响,应当重视译者主体性的地位并将影响主体性发挥的制约因素变为有利条件。对引起学者们对译者作为主体存在的重视,了解译者主体论发展与译论发展的内在联系,把握当今译论的发展方向并走向新的翻译道路有重要意义。

Translator’s Subjectivity in English Translation of Dynasty Poem Kong Que Dong Nan Fei
Abstract: This paper attempts to discuss translator’s subjectivity from the aspect of analyzing and comparing Xu Yuanchong and Arthur Waley’s translation versions of Han dynasty poem Kong Que Dong Nan Fei by meticulously selecting many fresh examples. The author put forward that translators should pay much more attention to translator’s subjectivity and the factors which affect the performance of translator’s subjectivity in the process of translation. It concluded that translator’s subjectivity has a great effect on translation and translators should put the translator’s subjectivity onto a higher place and turn constrains of the practice of translator’s subjectivity into benefits. The research is of great significance to raise more scholars’ attention to the translators exist as translation subjects, get knowledge of the interrelationship of development between subject theory and translation theory, also understand the direction of the development of translation theory therefore create a new way of translation.
