公共危机事件中政府对网络舆论的导向和对策研究-以“天津爆炸案”为例(论文12900字)

摘要:进入21世纪,人类社会迈入了以互联网为标志的、崭新的信息时代。网络成为社会公众对政府监督问责的一种新途径。与此同时,伴随着经济的发展,社会分化进一步加剧,加大了突发性公共危机爆发的频率。突发公共事件一经网络传播热议,便引起社会广泛关注,这极大考验了政府危机处理能力,也让政府的公信力接受着一次次的拷问如何避免网络舆论对社会和政府造成巨大的负面影响,提升政府危机公关能力,已经成为摆在各级政府面前的巫待研究和解决的重大议题。本文首通过天津爆炸案”为例子,分析现实社会中政府危机公关具体表现,并挖掘其深层次原因,在此基础上从强化危机公关意识、完善危机公关机制、选择合理公关策略等方面提出网络环境下政府危机公关能力提升的对策。

Abstract:In the 21st century, human society entered the Internet as a symbol of a new information age. Network has become a new way for the public accountability of government oversight. At the same time, along with economic development, social differentiation further exacerbated the sudden increase in the frequency of public crisis. Once the public emergency network spread hot, it caused widespread concern, this great test of the government's crisis management capabilities, but also to the credibility of the government to accept the torture again and again how to avoid online public opinion caused tremendous negative impact on society and government enhance the government crisis management capability, it has become a major issue in front of all levels of government witch to be studied and solved.
