摘 要: 进入21世纪以来,经济全球化与跨国公司的深入发展,既给世界贸易带来了重大的推动力,同时也给各国经贸带来了诸多不确定因素,使其出现许多新的特点和新的矛盾。为此,本文对国内外国际化经营策略研究作了简要介绍。描述了TCL集团及其国际化历程。对TCL的国际化经营进行了SWOT分析得出其应选择WO策略,并对其执行WO策略提出了建议。 TCL作为中国最早进行国际化的代表,已成为其领域有影响的世界品牌。本文的研究能对中国企业“走出去”提供一些参考性意见,更好的指导中国企业的国际化。

On the International Business Strategy of TCL Group
Abstract: Entering the 21st century, economic globalization and multinational companies, both for the further development of world trade brings great impetus, but also to the world trade brings many uncertain factors, make its appear many new features and new contradictions. Therefore, the study and understand this problem can let us effectively cope with the internationalization of successful experience and advanced methods to promote the internationalization of Chinese enterprises management level and multinational management ability. As China's earliest TCL international representative, has become the world's brand influence areas. I study Chinese enterprises to "go out" provides some reference opinions, better guidance of Chinese enterprises internationalization.
