摘 要:如何有效地吸引人才、留住人才、防止人才流失及更好地调动人才的积极性已成为当前困扰企业人力资源管理的重要问题。企业要发展,就必须应要重视人力资源的管理,完善和加强企业的激励机制建设。本文从现代企业在激励机制方面的不足入手,以薪酬制度、精神激励以及企业文化三点作为切入点加以探讨,并引用国内外文献对上述问题提出相应的解决办法。在叙述过程中,作者详细分析了海尔公司激励机制的成因、构成及效果,进而从多方面探索在当今市场经济体制下构建有效激励机制的必要性和关键点。 关键词:激励机制;企业;物质激励;精神激励
Discussing the construction of effective incentive mechanism in the enterprise
Abstract: How to attract and keep talents effectively,prevent brain drain or arouse the enthusiasm of talents better has become the important thing in perplex the human resource management in enterprise.The enterprise need to develop, so they have to pay attention to the human resource management, improve and strengthen the development of incentive mechanism in the enterprise. To be explored, this paper started at the deficiency of incentive mechanism in modern enterprise, use salary system, spiritual incentive and enterprise culture as the point of penetration, and quoted literature on these issues to put the appropriate solutions forward. In the narrative process, the author analyzed the reason, composition and effect in the incentive mechanism, to explore the necessity and key point of construct the effective incentive mechanism from various aspects in the current market economic system.
