本文基于天津自贸区跨境电子商务大发展的前提下，对其发展过程中的商品货物进出口情况进行了说明分析。并且利用SWOT分析法，对经济发展大环境下天津自贸区跨境电子商务的发展的影响因素进行分析，发现自贸区跨境电商商务发展过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的解决措施。
通过相关研究分析，本文发现：（1）当前天津自贸区跨境电子商务的发展存在跨境物流不编、跨境电商信用体系需要完善、跨境电商相关的人才不够充足、通关效率不高、规范体系建设不够健全。
（2）针对天津自贸区跨境电商发展存在的问题，本文提出了优化物流板块、完善相关跨境贸易法律体系、加强对相关方面的人才培养、提升通关效率、建立健全规范体系等措施来解决各种问题，推动天津自贸区跨境电商产业实现良性发展，进而加速我国其他地区跨境电子商务的发展。

Abstract
Based on the prerequisite of the great development of cross-border e-commerce in Tianjin Free Trade Zone, this article explains and analyzes the import and export of commodities and goods during its development. And using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the factors affecting the development of cross-border e-commerce in the Tianjin Free Trade Zone in the context of economic development, discover the problems that exist in the development of cross-border e-commerce in the free trade zone, and propose corresponding solutions .
Through relevant research and analysis, this article finds: (1) The current development of cross-border e-commerce in Tianjin Free Trade Zone has cross-border logistics incompatibility, cross-border e-commerce credit system needs to be improved, insufficient cross-border e-commerce-related talents, and customs clearance efficiency It is not high, and the construction of the standard system is not sound enough.
(2) In response to the problems in the development of cross-border e-commerce in the Tianjin Free Trade Zone, this article proposes measures to optimize the logistics sector, improve the relevant cross-border trade legal system, strengthen the training of relevant personnel, improve the efficiency of customs clearance, and establish a sound standard system. To solve various problems, promote the sound development of the cross-border e-commerce industry in Tianjin Free Trade Zone, and accelerate the development of cross-border e-commerce in other regions of my country.
