电商交易中消费者权益保护问题的研究(任务书,开题报告,论文16000字)
摘要:
本文通过对目前主要的几种电商交易模式现状进行分析,整理总结出电商交易中现存的问题以及原因,借鉴发达国家在保护电商交易中消费者权益所做出的研究,提出进一步完善我国电商交易中消费者权益保护的建议。
论文分为四个部分进行研究:
第一章介绍了本文的选题背景目的意义以及国内外关于电商交易中消费者权益保护的研究对比和研究方法,阐述这项研究的重要性,以及国外的借鉴意义。
第二章主要是介绍了国内的互联网发展现状,通过对目前国内比较常见和有潜力的电商模式,如跨境电商、母婴电商和农村电商进行发展情况分析,每个模式选择两到三个典型的电商企业作对比,通过消费者自身反馈情况,分析在不同电商交易中可能影响消费者权益的因素。
第三章将消费者在交易中可能遇到的侵犯自身权益的情况按照时间划分份交易前中后三个阶段,针对每个阶段存在的问题分析导致消费者权益被侵害的原因。
第四章是在前面所有分析的基础上,按照电商参与主体分成消费者自身、电商行业企业以及国家和政府三个方面,针对性的提出完善我国电子商务交易中消费者权益保护的建议。
研究结果表明:尽管我国的互联网电子商务发展现状很乐观,但是也无法掩盖消费者权益被侵害的事实,电子商务的发展不应以牺牲消费者的合法权益为由,相反,消费者对于电子商务的信任才是电商行业又好又快发展的基础。
本文的特色在于:有针对性的对我国目前比较热门的几个电商交易模式发展情况进行分析,每种模式又有具体的电商企业做对比,最终落脚点是为我国的电商消费者权益保护提出建议。
