摘要
当今社会,传统的外贸发展模式逐渐跟不上时代的潮流,贸易方式的转变是势在必行的结果。随着经济全球化的不断深入和信息时代的不断发展,跨境电商在全球贸易中发挥着越来越重要的作用,中国的企业也越来越注重跨境电商这一平台。跨境电商已经成为中国外贸企业提高自身品牌价值、增强国际竞争力和拓宽国外市场的重要途径。跨境电商虽然在我国刚起步不久,但深受政府和相关企业关注。它改变了外贸企业的传统经营模式,同时也改变了中国外贸产业的格局,可以说跨境电商的兴起为外贸企业带来了更多的商机与挑战。在此背景下,许多中小型企业发现原有的贸易发展模式已不能满足自身需求,因此,它们必须发展新型的贸易方式——跨境电商,这种新型的贸易方式成为近几年的热点问题,但是同时也暴露出了国内在制度和经营策略方面的问题。本文主要阐述了跨境电子商务这一大背景,分析了当今世界跨境电商的发展趋势以及运营模式,研究了跨境电子商务给B公司带来的瓶颈,对其出口的现状和发展模式进行策略研究,讨论了跨境电商给公司带来的影响,具有深刻的意义。

Study on the bottlenecks and strategies in the operation of cross-border e-commerce-take company B as an example
ABSTRACT
In today's society, the traditional development mode of foreign trade has gradually fallen behind the trend of The Times. With the deepening of economic globalization and the continuous development of the information age, cross-border e-commerce is playing an increasingly important role in global trade, and Chinese enterprises are paying more and more attention to cross-border e-commerce as a platform. Cross-border e-commerce has become an important way for Chinese foreign trade enterprises to improve their brand value, enhance international competitiveness and expand foreign markets. Although cross-border e-commerce has just started in China, it is deeply concerned by the government and relevant enterprises. It has changed the traditional business model of foreign trade enterprises and also changed the pattern of China's foreign trade industry. It can be said that the rise of cross-border e-commerce has brought more business opportunities and challenges to foreign trade enterprises. Found in this background, many small and medium-sized enterprises in the original trade development mode can not meet their own needs, therefore, they must develop a new way of trade, cross-border electricity company, the new way of trade to become the hot issues in recent years, but also exposed the domestic problems in system and business strategy. This article mainly expounds the cross-border e-commerce this big background, analyzed the development trend in today's world of cross-border electricity as well as the operation mode, to study the cross-border e-commerce bottleneck for B company, present situation and the development pattern of its export strategy research, discusses the effect of cross-border electricity brings to the company, has profound significance.
