我国旅游业电子商务发展对策研究(含调查问卷)(开题报告,论文25000字)
摘 要
随着现代科技信息产业的发展,旅游电子商务作为一种崭新的商务模式,以突破时空限制、提高旅游交易效率、降低交易成本和最大限度地整合国内外旅游信息资源的优势在全球蓬勃兴起。随着电子商务逐渐融入旅游业,旅游网上营销手段已成为旅游业发展的重要方式。由于我国旅游电子商务的发展还处在起步阶段,信息服务,在线预订系统和在线支付能力有限,消费者和旅游电子商务人才的培育、旅游电子商务环境的成熟和政策法规的建设等存在一系列问题。
本文参考国内外有关旅游电子商务的大量文献,并根据相关的统计资料和数据分析,总结国内旅游电子商务发展现状。其次,运用解释结构模型化(ISM)技术等方法进行旅游电子商务平台利用程度影响因素分析。得出影响旅游电子商务利用程度的因素有:网络支付安全性、网站信息更新速度、网站易用性、网站信誉、网站提供的个性化服务、对个人信息及隐私的保护等,而支付安全性是最重要的因素之一。因此,研究基于第三方支付平台的安全性问题,并结合典型案列,研究第三方支付平台在旅游电子商务中的应用。最后,根据目前旅游电子商务发展存在的问题,影响旅游电子商务平台利用程度的因素和支付安全性的研究,提出未来旅游电子商务发展对策。未来旅游电子商务将向服务更加细化、全面化、个性化,支付更加安全化、规范化的方向发展,真正实现电子商务与传统旅游之间的优势互补、技术创新,为我国旅游经济的发展作出卓越贡献。

The Research of Our Country Tourism Electronic Commerce Development Countermeasures
ABSTRACT
With the development of modern science and technology information industry, a new business model-- tourism electronic commerce, has been made to break through time and space limit, improve the efficiency of tourism trade and reduce transaction costs and maximize the integration of tourism information resources at home and abroad, and it is booming around the world. With electronic commerce integrated into the tourism gradually, tourism online marketing has become an important approach to develop tourism. Because our country tourism electronic commerce is still in its infancy, Information service, online booking system and online payment ability is limited, there are a series of problems such as Consumers and tourism electronic commerce talented person's cultivation, Tourism electronic commerce environment of mature, policies and regulations of construction.
This article refers to a large number of literatures about tourism e-commerce at home and abroad, and according to relevant statistics and data analysis, summarizes the domestic tourism electronic commerce development present situation. The second, using explain structure modeling (ISM) technology and other methods to analysis the impact factors of using tourism e-commerce platform. And, indicates that the factors affecting tourism e-commerce utilization degree there are online payment security, website information update speed, website usability, website reputation, web site to provide personalized service, the protection of personal information and privacy, etc, and pay the security is one of the most important factors. Therefore, the safety of research based on third party payment platforms, combined with typical case study of the third party payment platforms in tourism e-commerce application. Finally, according to the current problems of tourism e-commerce development, factors influencing the utilization degree of tourism e-commerce platform and security research of payment, tourism electronic commerce future development countermeasures are put forward. The future of tourism e-commerce services will be more detailed, comprehensive, personalized and payments will be more secure, standardized. Truly realize the complementary advantages between electronic business and traditional tourism, technology innovation, to make outstanding contributions to the development of tourism economy in our country
