长沙市经济适用房现状分析及合理开发研究(毕业论文19000字)
  摘 要：改革开放以来，我国住宅建设得到了较快发展，自1998年取消福利分房，住宅商品化之后，占我国人口大多数的中低收入家庭仍然承担不起日益上涨的房价。适逢此时，政府颁布了一系列的有关于经济适用房的政策，这些政策在发挥积极作用的同时，也出现了一些值得关注的问题。在国家相关政策的推动下，长沙市住房保障工作也逐步形成了以经济适用住房和廉租住房制度为主的住房保障体系。至此，长沙市经济适用房也相应发生巨大改变，同时也存在了某些问题。本文以此为切入点，着力分析长沙市经济适用房的现状，并对长沙市经济适用房的合理开发进行初步研究。

The Present Study and Rational Development Research of Changsha Economically Affordable Housing
    Abstract：Since opening up and reform of China，the construction of hosing in our country has been developed quickly. However, after canceling welfare-oriented public housing distribution system in 1998 and commercializing the housing, the family of mid and low earning accounting for the majority of the population of our country still can not afford the increasing house price. To deal with it, the government has promulgated a series of policies on affordable housing, which played an active role but still had several problems at the same time. Nowadays, the housing security system giving first place to affordable housing and cheap rent housing has been formed by Changsha government step by step. So the affordable housing of Changsha had a great change, while several problems also exist. This article starts from this, analyzing affordable housing and doing some research on rational development of Changsha.
