【摘要】：我国人口老龄化问题越来越严重，使我国政府面临新的严峻考验，在政府的相关工作中,处理养老问题是刻不容缓的。在养老问题中，残疾人养老问题是非常突出的一面，现在我国对这方面的相关研究还不够全面，对于残疾人养老问题，我国还需要加强探讨、分析的力度。像残疾人养老问题这样独具特点的问题并不在少数，该问题只是其中之一。站在本质的角度上去看，国家社会发展程度的高低是可以通过国家对养老问题的处理现状来进行分析的。赡养老人是我国的传统美德，残疾人养老则是其中的一部分，为此我国政府需要不断摸索并制定出解决残疾人养老的新方法，从而达到政府服务于人民的观念。由于残疾人属于特殊人群，该文章站立在传统的残疾人养老模式的基础上，给出一些适合残疾人养老的方法。一些有价值的意见在网格化模式下就产生了，对于残疾人养老问题也起到很强的辅助作用。

【Abstract】：The problem of population aging in China is becoming more and more serious, which is urgent for the government to face a new severe test and to deal with the problem of the old age in the government.. In pension, pension for the disabled problem is very prominent side, now the relative research on this aspect in our country is not comprehensive enough, for people with a disability pension problem, our country also need to strengthen the study and analysis. As the problem of the unique problem of the pension for the disabled is not a minority, the problem is only one of them.. From the point of view of nature, the level of social development can be analyzed by the state of the state to deal with the problem of old-age.. Support for the elderly is a traditional virtue of our country, the pension for the disabled is a part of them. Therefore our government need continue to explore and develop a new method to solve the pension for the disabled, so as to achieve the government serves the people's ideas. Because of the special people with disabilities, this article is standing on the basis of the traditional disabled pension mode, and gives some methods for the disabled elderly. Some valuable opinions are generated in the grid mode, for the problem of pension for the disabled also plays a very strong supporting role.
