摘要
民以食为天，食品安全问题是关系到民生、政治、经济的头等大事。近些年来，食品安全事件频发不断地考验着消费者的承受力。食品交易市场中食品安全信息的缺失导致食品生产者、政府以及消费者掌握的食品安全信息不对称。研究食品安全事件发生的起因就能发现，正是这种信息的不对称，引起了很多社会问题。而能够缓解食品安全信息不对称的有效途径是建立完善的食品安全信息披露制度。
我国食品安全问题不容乐观，造成众多危害生命健康事件，各种各样的食品安全问题严重威胁着人们的身体健康，甚至带给她们心理上的阴影。面对这样的情况我国政府也出台了一系列与食品安全相关的政策和法律法规，然而食品安全是一个错综复杂的系统工程，许多不法分子利用法律忙点扰乱食品安全秩序，如何及时发现食品链中存在的问题，采取适当的措施来保障消费者的安全，具有更加重要的现实意义，本文从食品安全问题的源头，企业责任，政府监管，消费者的食品安全意识等分析了食品安全问题的原因，并列举了国外先进的科学管理体系，学习他们的管理经验，最后希望我国食品安全能够越来越好。

Abstract
Hunger breeds discontentment. The problem of food safety is of paramount importance to people's livelihood, politics, economy. Recently, all kinds of food events continually test the endurance of customer, the reason of which is that the lack of food safety information exists in the food trade market and information asymmetry exists among the food producer, the food operator, the government and the customer. A variety of food safety incidents show that the information asymmetry lead to a lot of social problems. Information disclosure is the most effective way to alleviate the asymmetric information of food safety.
China's food safety problem is not optimistic, caused huge harm to health and life events, a variety of food safety issues is a serious threat to people's health, and even bring their psychological shadow. In this situation the Chinese government issued a series of food safety related policies and laws and regulations, however, food safety is a perplexing system engineering, many criminals use busy disrupt food safety legal order, how to discover the existing problems in the food chain, take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of consumers, has more important practical significance, this article from the source of food safety issues, corporate responsibility, Government regulation, consumer awareness of food safety reasons of food safety problems, and lists the foreign advanced scientific management system, learn from their management experience, the last hope of China's food safety can become better and better.
