摘要
案件管理作为检察院工作的重要内容之一，为社会的稳定和谐具有非常积极的促进作用。在二十世纪末期，我国的检察院案件管理工作一直沿用传统的手工管理模式，这种模式的缺点在于管理的效率非常低下，且人工管理方式也会具有较高的出错概率，同时，对于以往案件的信息管理多采用纸质档案的方式进行保存，这对于后期的案件查询造成了较大的困扰。
本课题基于上述背景提出了基于ASP.NET技术的检察院案件管理系统设计方案，本课题是针对C市的检察院案件管理工作现状提出的，案件管理系统的建设能够大大提高该市检察院案件管理工作的效率和质量，系统能够提供完整的检察院案件办理业务流程，实时准确的记录和保存相关案件信息，这从另一方面也就大大促进了检察院工作的处理效率，C市检察院机关案件信息系统的设计与实现，无疑能提高C市检察院机关的工作效率，提升管理水平，使C市检察院机关的案件管理工作上一个新台阶，这无论是对本地所在市还是其他省市的检察院机构来说，都具有十分重要的借鉴意义和现实意义。

ABSTRACT
Case management as an important part of police work, social stability and harmony is a very positive role in promoting. In the late twentieth century, our police case management has been using the traditional manual management mode, the disadvantage of this mode is that management efficiency is very low, and labor management mode will have a high probability of error, at the same time, for the past information management of cases of multi-use way to save paper archives, which for the case late inquiry led to greater problems.
This paper presents a case based on the background management system design based on ASP.NET technology, this project is for the job status of a city in a police case management proposed to build a case management system can greatly improve the efficiency of the city's police case management and quality, the system can provide a complete police case handling business processes, real-time and accurate record and save information related cases, which on the other hand also contributed significantly to the efficiency of police work, G City police authority case information system The design and implementation, will undoubtedly improve the efficiency of G city police agencies, enhance the management level, so that case management work G City police authorities to a new level, which is either the city or the local police or other provinces institutions, have a very important reference and practical significance.
