摘 要
农业是国民经济的基础，在新的条件下推进现代农业的发展，关系到全面建设小康社会和改革开放事业的大局。推进农业的现代化建设，能够有效地促进农民的收入增加，因为建设现代农业是提高生产力综合水平的主要方法，也能为社会主义新农村建设提供产业基础。加快现代农业现代化的发展，能够有力的推动社会主义新农村的建设，是体现科学发展观的重要途径，是保持社会和谐和建设社会主义现代化的必然要求，是一项必须贯彻落实的重大任务。
大郑镇是辽宁省传统农业发展的典型乡镇之一，以水产养殖和畜牧业发展为主，2014年，全镇农业实现总产值19.3亿元，粮食产量完成4.06万吨，在当前农业经济向现代化发展的转型时期，大郑镇面临着快速推进的经济转型，加快创新步伐，传统农业有待加快速度发展并进行优化升级。本文回顾了关于现代农业发展的相关经济理论，如改造传统农业理论，比较优势理论以及可持续发展理论等，并对美国，日本，以色列以及个对现代农业发展模式进行了归纳和总结。以此作为研究基础，重点分析大郑镇现代农业的发展现状和优势条件，包括大郑镇农业综合生产能力、农业基本设施、农业科技投入水平、农产品市场范围、企业安全水平和农产品的品质等。大郑镇现代农业发展优势主要体现在一下几个方面，包括“四园”项目发展迅猛、“四基地”产业群优势集中、“海上大郑”建设不断加强、树莓等特色产业前景广阔等。本文还分析了当前大郑镇发展现代农业过程中存在的问题，主要是大郑镇农业基础设施依然薄弱、农业产业化水平不高、农业社会化服务体系不够完善、农业科技创新能力不强和农民科学文化素质偏低等问题，这些因素都制约了大郑镇现代农业发展。
最后，根据大郑镇现代农业发展的现状调查和研究并与国外和国内其他地区现代农业的发展情况相结合，发现并针对其中存在的问题，提出了促进大郑镇现代农业发展的基本思路和对策建议：加强组织领导，健全农业和农村经济发展的体制保障，依靠农业科技创新体系支撑，推进现代农业发展，夯实农业发展基础，加强农业产业化、组织化建设，加大支持提高农业科技服务水平，提高农产品质量安全水平以及加大支农惠农投入，提高农民组织化程度。

Abstract
Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, promote the development of modern agriculture in the new conditions, related to the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society and the cause of reform and opening up. Promoting the construction of modern agriculture is the basic way to promote farmers to increase income is an important measure to improve the agricultural production capacity, it is the industrial base for building a new socialist countryside. Accelerate the development of modern agriculture, and promote the socialist new countryside construction, is comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, a necessary requirement to build a harmonious society, a major task is to accelerate the socialist modernization drive.
Dazheng town is one of the typical villages and towns in Liaoning traditional agricultural development in order to develop livestock breeding and aquaculture mainly in 2014, the town of agricultural output value 1.93 billion yuan, the completion of 40,600 tons of grain production in the current agricultural economy to modernization of the transition period, large Zheng town facing the rapid advance of economic restructuring, accelerate the pace of innovation, speed up the development of traditional agriculture to be upgraded and optimized. This article reviews the economic theory of modern agricultural development, such as the transformation of traditional agriculture theory, comparative advantage theory and the theory of sustainable development, and the United States, Japan, Israel, and a model for the development of modern agriculture and summarized. As a research foundation, focuses on the development status and the advantages of the town of Grand Zheng modern agriculture, including large industry production capacity, agricultural science and technology, infrastructure, agriculture, agricultural markets and the quality and safety of agricultural enterprises.
