A STUDY ON RISK MANAGEMENT OF PULSE 3 PROJECT IN HARMAN
摘 要
随着科技的日益发展，高科技创新在企业发展中占据了十分重要的地位，其过程蕴含着成功和风险。文章根据高科技产品技术创新的特点，首先对其风险进行识别可以找到风险相关因素。其次通过研究风险应对，找到风险应对的措施，最终使产品技术创新得以成功。
本研究在对技术创新风险管理文献回顾的基础上，首先对高科技产品技术创新风险建立风险识别体系，其次介绍了风险评估的方法和评价指标体系，最后提出风险应对的相关措施建议。本文的研究目的是确立高科技产品技术创新风险识别过程并提出风险应对措施，从而使高科技产品研发的技术创新风险降低到最低限度，为高新技术企业的产品研发提供指导和帮助，使企业技术创新得以实现，产品成功上市，最终实现企业利润最大化。本文首先基于理论，对高科技产品技术创新的特点、创新过程和风险种类进行透彻的分析和研究，为下文学的研究奠定基础。其次，对高科技产品技术创新建立了风险识别体系。提出了风险评估的方法和构建了指标体系，风险应对的措施。最后，通过真实案例的问卷和访谈调查，确立了PULSE 3项目的主要风险为决策风险，技术风险和市场风险，验证了本文的假设，同时对技术创新风险做识别，找到了风险因素，并提出风险应对措施，同时对高科技产品的技术创新提出风险规避建议。在文章的结论部分对研究成果做了总结，提出了未来高科技产品技术创新课题的研究方向。

Abstract
As science and technology makes progress with each passing day, innovation of high technology has been taking a major status in development of a company and its process is a combination of success and risks. Based on characteristics of technology innovation of high-tech products, the article starts by identifying its risks and pinpointing relevant risks followed by seeking out measures to response risks through study on how to response risks before making sure that technology innovation of products can succeed.
Based on the review of technical innovation risk management literature, firstly, the risk of technology innovation of high-tech products to establish risk identification system, then introduces the risk evaluation methods and evaluation index system, and finally puts forward some measures to response the risk. The purpose of this study is to establish the high-tech products of technological innovation risk identification process and proposes the risk response measures, so that the risk of technological innovation of the research and development of high-tech products is reduced to a minimum, to provide guidance and help for the high-tech enterprise product development, the technological innovation of enterprises can be realized, the successful listing of the product, and ultimately realize the maximization of enterprise profit. Based on the theory, this paper makes a thorough analysis and Research on the characteristics, innovation process and risk types of high-tech product technology innovation, and lays the foundation for the study of literature. Secondly, the risk identification system is established for high-tech product technology innovation. The method of risk assessment, the index system and the measures to deal with the risk are put forward. Finally, through the real case of the questionnaire and interview, the risk of PULSE 3 project as the decision-making risk, technical risk and market risk, verify the hypothesis, and to identify the risk of technological innovation, to find the risk factors, and put forward the risk measures, and puts forward suggestions on the technological innovation of high-tech risk aversion product. In the conclusion of this paper, the research results are summarized, and the future research direction of high-tech product technology innovation is put forward.
