摘 要
随着软件行业的不断发展,软件项目开发工作越来越复杂。项目实践中的许多数据显示出:大多软件开发失败,并非技术层面的问题,而是管理方面出现了问题,在这一方面,需求管理的缺陷在众多项目的管理问题中表现很明显。需求管理在当前软件项目管理中相对较为落后,因此也是现代软件项目管理中要加强和提高要求极为迫切的部分。从诸多软件项目管理的实践过程看来,需求管理要么完全缺失,要么只停滞在需求获得和需求分析的层面上。需求管理存在于整个软件项目的全生命周期上,但是在各个阶段,其工作方向以及重点存在区别,项目运行过程中所采用的方法也有所区别。根据需求管理全生命周期可以看出,其最终的目的是满足用户的需要。所以,需求管理对于软件项目具有极其重要的意义。
本文对比维视创公司X5S项目软件需求管理方法的应用展开研究,首先对本研究的背景以及研究意义进行了概述,对国内外研究现状进行了综述,进而指出本研究的研究内容以及所采用的方法;然后对项目管理做了简要分析,介绍了项目管理基本概念、软件项目管理基本概念,对需求管理进行了概述,并对软件项目范围管理过程进行了梳理,主要包括范围规划、范围定义、工作结构分解和范围控制,为后文的研究奠定了理论基础;然后对软件需求管理过程展开了分析,对项目全生命周期中需求管理的应用进行了梳理;接着着重对比维视创公司X5S项目的软件需求管理状况,详细研究了其需求管理的计划、核实、变更控制等各个程序;结合前面的研究从沟通、变更控制、管理人员职责以及制度建设等方面对该项目的管理提供了针对性建议。

ABSTRACT
Along with the development of the software industry, software development work more and more complex. In the practice of the project shows many data: most software development failure, not a technical problem, but management problems, in this respect, the defects of demand management in many projects in the management performance is very obvious. Demand management in the current software project management of relatively backward, and therefore are modern software project management to strengthen and improve requirements are extremely urgent part. Many software projects from the practice of management process, it seems to demand management or completely missing, or only stagnation in demand and the analysis of the demand for level. In the whole software the start of the project, planning, executing, controlling and closing such a life cycle, demand management is the systematic process of, and throughout the whole of life project. In the different stages of the project life period, demand the content of the management and center of gravity is different, the execution of the also have different methods and skills. By the whole demand management process can see, its ultimate objective is to meet the needs of users. So, demand management for software project has very important significance.
In this paper, the software demand management company BVC methods applied research on first analyzed the background and significance of research at home and abroad are reviewed, this paper put forward the contents and methods; Then the project management are reviewed, introduces the basic concept, the project management software project management basic concept, to demand management are reviewed, introduces the definition of demand, the demand management concepts, the software requirements definition, demand the definition of software engineering and demand management connotation, analyzes the software project scope management process, mainly including range planning, range definition, work decomposition and range control structure, after the study for the laid a theoretical foundation; And then analyzes the software project needs the practice of management process, and analyses the demand management in the start of the project phase, the planning stage, performance stage, control stage and the five stages finishing up the application; Then emphasis on W software project management company needs analysis, this paper analyzed the software project demand management plan, software project demand management to check, as well as to the software project needs change control management on detailed analysis; Finally put forward W company for demand management software project Suggestions and countermeasures, emphasize the demand users and the importance of communication between the project team, and puts forward demand attention state changes and demand change control, clearly project manager duties and establish and perfect rules and regulations and so on.
