      酸性蛋白酶产生菌的筛选及发酵条件的优化(毕业论文10000字) Screening A Strain Of acid Protease And Optimizing Fermentation Conditions 
Abstract:A acid protease producing strain Lin-10 was screened by casein medium(casein as unique nitrogen source) from soil near Liu Yang River. Lin-10 was identified as gram-negative bacterium. Fermentation conditions for secreting protease were optimized by single factor experiment. The results showed the protease activity reached 778.53 IU/mL when Lin-10 was cultured under conditions:carbon source 2% corn flour, nitrogen source 0.6% ammonium sulfate, initial pH of medium 6.0, culture temperature 32℃, fermentation period 2 days. The molecular weight of protease from strain Lin-10 was 28 kDa estimated by method SDS-PAGE.
