摘  要：目的：探讨当归补血汤对小鼠胸腺衰老的分子调节。方法：本论文拟采用衰老模型组和当归补血汤喂养小鼠进行给药与对照实验，分离胸腺等免疫器官，用RT-PCR等方法，检测衰老相关靶基因的表达和MDA、CAT、T-SOD的活力。结果：当归补血汤喂养的实验组小鼠，其胸腺指数要高于衰老组，其SOD活力也要高于衰老模型组，Icam1表达下调。

Molecular regulation of the mouse thymus aging process by Dangguibuxuetang
Abstract: Aim：To probe molecular regulation of the mouse thymus aging process by Dangguibuxuetang.Methods: This paper is using older age and youth group in mice with contrast experiment,  Separating the immune organs such as thymus, Using RT-PCR，Detecting ageing related target gene expression and activity determination of T-SOD,.CAT,MDA.Result: The experimental mice , the thymus index and SOD activity is higher than its old group .
