春、秋两季山莓叶无机元素含量的比较(6300字)
摘 要:【目的】为了解山莓叶无机元素的含量和不同季节的含量差异。【方法】以山莓叶材料, 从湖南湘西采集春秋两季鲜叶, 经粉碎、消化处理后,用原子分光光度法测定K、Mg、Fe、Zn、Na、Cu、Ca、Mn等12种无机元素的含量, 并对不同季节叶中微量元素的含量进行比较, 【结果】 春季叶中含量显示Mn为1680.5,Mg为6525,K为16945,Fe为1049.5,Ca为15562.5,Mo为0.55, Zn为228.7,秋季叶中含量显示Mo为24.5,Mn为514.5,Mg为4167.5,K为14815,Fe为578.5,Ca为10747.5,Zn为47.2,因此,在春季,叶的Mn、Mg、K、Fe、Ca、Zn元素含量比较多,秋季Mo元素含量比较多。

THE COMPARISON FOR INORGANIC ELEMENT CONTENT OF R. CORCHORIFOLIUS LEAF IN SPRING AND AUTUMN
Abstract: 【Objective】In order to know the the inorganic elements content and the content difference in different seasons of R. Corchorifolius Leaf 【Methods】Through drying, crushing, and dissolving R.Corchouifolius leaf collected from HuNan XiangXi in spring and autumn, then the inorganic elements(as K、Mg、Fe、Zn、Na、Cu、Ca、Mn and so on)content with AAS , and make the comparison of the inorganic element content in spring and autumn.【Result】In spring, the content of the leaves show that Mn is1680.5, Mg is 6525, K is 16945, Fe is 1049.5, Ca is 15562.5, Mo is 0.55, Zn is 228.7,and In autumn, the content of the leaves show that Mo is 24.5,Mn is 514.5,Mg is 4167.5,K is 14815,Fe is 578.5,Ca is 10747.5,Zn is 47.2;in spring, the element content of Mn、Mg、K、Fe、Znand Ca is more than in autumn, and the element content in autumn of Mo is more than in spring.
