摘  要:atp6基因是影响植物细胞质雄性不育(CMS)的一个重要候选基因, 会导致烟草表现为CMS。本文利用生物信息学方法,分析烟草CMS相关基因atp6在不育型和野生型中编码蛋白的一级结构(氨基酸组成、等电点、疏水P亲水区等),二级结构(α- 螺旋、β- 折叠等),超二级结构(结构域等)以及三级结构的差异,进而探讨烟草线粒体中atp6基因与CMS的相关性。分析结果表明:在CMSATP6与ATP6两者之间蛋白质组成结构、核酸序列的差异引起其编码蛋白一级结构信息产生差异,并直接影响到其蛋白质折叠的二级结构和三级结构,尤其是功能基本单位结构域,这极有可能是导致烟草CMS的根本原因。

Bioinformatics analysis of atp6 genes related to from tobacco varieties 31
Abstract: atp6 genes is an important candidate gene that affect cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS), which will cause tobacco showed CMS. The mRNA sequence of tobacco CMS-related genes atp6 and its encoded protein primary structure (amino acid composition, isoelectric point, hydrophobic P hydrophilic areas), secondary structure (α-helix, β-fold, etc.), super-secondary structure (domain, etc.) as well as differences in tertiary structure in sterile-type and wild-type were analyzed by using a series of bioinformatics software, in order to explore the relationship between CMS and the atp6 genes in tobacco mitochondrial. The results showed that the difference in nucleic acid sequences, the composition of the protein of CMSATP6 and ATP6 lead to the diversity of its encoded protein primary structure and affect the secondary structure of protein folding structure and tertiary structure directly, especially the basic unit of function domain. These might play an important role for the CMS in Nicotiana sylvestris.
