摘  要： 本试验以黑砖茶、红砖茶、茯砖茶三种砖茶为材料，通过配制不同的培养基分离得到六种真菌，并进行菌种纯化；通过培养基优化及测定菌落生长速度，确定最适培养基为可溶性淀粉培养基；通过对上述六种真菌进行显微观察初步鉴定为黑曲霉、冠突散囊菌。

Isolation Purification and Identification of Fungi in the Brick Tea
Abstract：In this study,  six strains of fugi on different medium were seperated and purified from Black Brick Tea, Red Brick Tea and Fuzhuan Tea,  Soluble starch medium was identified as the optimum medium by optimizing the medium and determining the colony growth rate。According to the microscopic observation, the strains were primarily identified as Aspergillus niger and Eurotium cristatum。
