新型城镇化背景下的我国城乡公交线网布局模式研究(论文18000字)
摘  要
新型城镇化进程在我国经济不断向前发展的基础上继续推进。城乡区域的产业结构、土地性质正在发生改变,人们逐渐从乡村向城镇迁移。同时,城乡二元结构正逐渐被打破,促进了城乡之间的联系。然而,城乡客运需求在不断增长,原有的客运班线因准点率低、载客量少及运营不规范等问题,已不能适应城乡居民的出行要求,阻碍了城乡经济的发展。让两者保持平衡,方便人们的出行,促进城乡共同发展,成为现在城乡客运的发展重点。在此基础上,本文研究了城乡公交一体化线网布局。
本文介绍了城乡公交一体化的内涵,明确了其目标。讨论了它与新型城镇化进程的关系,并总结了线网布局的几种典型模式的优缺点。分析了城乡客流产生的原因,结合城乡居民出行特征,为适时推进其发展提供理论基础。受到城乡道路条件和公交线路的服务范围的约束,将其划分成三个层级:中心城区、城区—乡镇和镇村公交线路。然后,提出了线网规划的效用评价指标。最后,本文对遂平县进行了实例分析,制订了遂平县城乡公交一体化线网布局模式。

Research on Layout Pattern of Urban and Rural Public Transport Network in China under the Background of New Urbanization
Abstract
The new urbanization process continues to advance on the basis of the continuous development of China's economy. The industrial structure and land quality of urban and rural areas are changing, and people gradually move from rural to urban areas.At the same time, urban and rural dual structure is gradually being broken, promoting the link between urban and rural areas.However, the demand for urban and rural passenger transport is growing, the original passenger line due to low punctuality rate, less passenger capacity and operational irregularities and other issues, can not meet the travel requirements of urban and rural residents. To keep the balance , facilitate people's travel, promote the development of urban and rural areas, urban and rural areas to become the focus of development.On this basis, this paper studies the integration of urban and rural public transport network layout.
This paper analyzes the connotation of urban and rural public transport integration and clarifies its development goals.Analyzes the relationship between the new urbanization process and the urban-rural public transportation integration process, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of several typical models of the network layout.Analyzes the causes of urban and rural passenger flow, combined with the characteristics of urban and rural residents travel, in order to promote its development to provide a theoretical basis.By the urban and rural road conditions and the scope of the bus line of service constraints,it will be divided into three levels: the central city, urban - township and town and village bus lines.Then, the evaluation index of the utility network is put forward.Finally, this paper analyzes the case of Suiping County, and formulated the layout pattern of integrated urban and rural transportation network in Suiping County.
