摘  要
    本论文首先讨论了老小区的背景、现状和交通问题的产生原因，认清了老小区停车难，出行不便等现象的严峻性，针对相应的问题提出了整改的基本思路和方法。其次，对交通调查和交通影响分析的原则、目的等相关内容作出了概述。最后结合南京兆园小区的实例作出进一步的说明，调查了其出入车辆数、小区内车辆总数与车位数，为其整修改善提供一应的交通数据，以供小区交通设计的技术实现、交通组织设计与交通设计评估使用。本论文主要通过文献研究与实地调查相结合的方法来进行，为老小区的发展提供了一般参考意见。

Traffic Survey in Old District
Abstract
    This paper firstly discusses the background, present situation of old district and the causes for traffic problems, it states the serious phenomena such as parking difficulties and travel inconvenience so that it provides the basic ideas and methods of rectification for the corresponding problems. Secondly, analysis of traffic survey and traffic impact including its principle and purpose are all concluded in this paper. Thirdly, combined with the example of Nanjing Zhao Yuan District, further explanations are made to investigate the vehicle through its access, total vehicle number and parking space within the district. It offers the traffic data which can be used in implementation of traffic design, traffic organization design and its evaluation for the renovation to improve the district. This paper which mainly works through the methods of literature research and field survey provides general advice for the development of the old district.
