社会在进步，时代也随之发展，21世纪是一个信息化快速发展的时代，互联网早已作为继报纸、广播、电视之后的第四大信息媒体，以互联网为基础的各种微媒体软件如微信、微博等越来越多地渗透入每家每户，信息传递和交流方式的巨大转变，全面地改变了人们的生活观念和生活方式，同时也成为了传播思想文化的新载体和开展舆论斗争的新阵地。微媒介改善了高校辅导员思想政治教育的时空性和时效性，使学生可随时随地的获取信息，使高校思想政治教育与传统教育形成巨大差异，辅导员开展的思想政治教育内容也不再局限于单一的课本内容说教，可以通过一切微媒体平台来了解和掌握学生思想动态，使得校园思想政治教育的载体、内容和形式得到了极大的丰富。微文化带来的种种便利大大丰富了辅导员开展思想政治工作的方法和途径，但同时，海量的信息传播使传统的思想政治教育模式的主导地位受到了冲击，且单一的思想政治说教也不受高校大学生的喜爱，辅导员承受着比以往更加巨大的压力，高校辅导员在整个高校思想政治工作中起着至关重要的作用，因此必须充分认识微媒体的发展给辅导员工作带来的机遇和挑战，从而紧跟时代步伐，提高个人素质，解放思想创新教育模式，搭建微媒体平台，加强校园舆论导向，积极地调动辅导员工作的主动性，探索微文化下高校辅导员思想政治工作提升能力的新途径和新方法。 【内容来自www.56doC.COM 咨询QQ:306826066】
本文正文共分为六个部分：
第一部分，为文章的导论部分，包括选题缘由、文献综述、研究内容、研究方法、研究的目的及意义、创新之处及不足、相关概念概述。
第二部分，对微文化进行一般性概述，不仅包括微文化的内涵、特征，还重点概述在微文化背景下高校辅导员思想政治教育工作变革，其中包括介绍微文化给高校辅导员老师和高校大学生带来的积极影响、消极影响，微文化下高校思想政治教育的意义，这一部分为辅导员思想政治工作变革提供了有力的背景支持，接着论述微文化下辅导员老师应该具备什么能力。
第三部分，这部分为当前微文化下高校辅导员及大学生对微媒体平台的使用情况现状调研及调研分析，特设计了教师类和学生类两类调查问卷（问卷见附录），发放总问卷300份，调查对象匿名随机，使用专业的数据分析软件之一IBM SPSS Statistics 19进行问卷统计分析；根据实际情况，联系了近三十位云南师范大学、云南中医学院、昆明理工大学等高校一线辅导员教师和兼职辅导员，搜集可能需要用到的资料，为论文的撰写提供数据支持。
第四部分，这部分致力于探讨分析辅导员在思想政治工作中提升工作能力的主要问题及成因分析，为论文第五部分作铺垫。
第五部分，微文化下提升高校辅导员思想政治工作能力的指导思想和基本原则，根本指导思想是立德树人；具体指导思想是一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生一切以及传承优秀的传统文化和民族精神，始终树立敬业奉献的理想信念；基本原则为：政治性原则、思想性原则、多样性原则、发展性原则、协同性原则，为论文全篇作理论支撑。 【本文来自56doc.com QQ:869918441】
第六部分，基于当前微文化背景下，高校辅导员思想政治工作现状、问题、成因，切实提出提升辅导员老师思想政治工作能力的合理对策建议，如构建基于微文化下高校辅导员能力体系、聚焦微文化变革，全面提升辅导员“微”素质和能力、建立健全微文化下辅导员能力提升的激励机制、完善辅导员心理健康疏导机制、提升辅导员微文化导引能力、加强辅导员能力提升保障机制体系建设等。
